The Nelson was in service under 4 different guises.  This is the first one which was a paddle steamer and although was purchased by the Alexandra Towing Company seemed to remain in service as a excursion paddle steamer.

The above  picture is from a postcard posted in Blankenberghe on the 20th of August 1919.  Hence the quality.

Her dimensions were length 140 foot , Breadth 19.8 foot, and Depth 9 foot.  Gross tons 166.  Her engines were 2 cylinder single diagonal, with 30inch diameter high pressure cylinders, which had a 48 inch stroke, producing 80 net horse power.

Some sources have her as being scrapped in 1905, but this would seem at odds of her working in Belgium.  Do you know any more information on this vessel, if so let me know.
